Please share an unboxing video of the package and product within 48 hours of delivery. Our team will assist you with a replacement or resolution.

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns for eligible products within 2 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in their original packaging.

As personalised items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Return are eligible only if the product arrives damaged, or a wrong product has been delivered. Please contact us at support@deardining.com with your order number and unboxing video/photos.
