Refund policy

Eligibility

Returns or replacements are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The wrong product was delivered.
  • The product has a genuine manufacturing defect or damage.

Not Eligible For Return

  • Minor variations in colour, shape, or size, as all products are handcrafted and unique.
  • Issues arising from incorrect addresses, failed deliveries, or refusal to accept the package.

Process for Return

  • It is necessary to record an unboxing video while opening the box. 
  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@deardining.com

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards..

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
