- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During launches, sales, festive periods, or high-volume seasons, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.

Within India
- Standard delivery timelines are typically 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.
International Shipping
- We currently do not offer international shipping.
Shipping Charges
- Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location.
- Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the website.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:
- A shipping confirmation email/message
- Tracking details and courier information
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.
Delays & Exceptions
While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to:
- Weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Courier disruptions
- Remote delivery locations
- Customs clearance for international orders
Dear Dining is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries
Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
If an order is returned to us due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete address
- Failed delivery attempts
- Refusal to accept the package
Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.
Damaged Packages
If your package arrives visibly damaged:
- Please record an unboxing video immediately upon opening.
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at your customer support email.
Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
