  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
  • During launches, sales, festive periods, or high-volume seasons, dispatch timelines may be slightly extended.

Shipping Timeline

Within India

  • Standard delivery timelines are typically 5–8 business days after dispatch, depending on your location.

International Shipping

  • We currently do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your order value, weight, and delivery location.
  • Free shipping promotions, if applicable, will be clearly mentioned on the website.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/message
  • Tracking details and courier information

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to reflect.

Delays & Exceptions

While we strive to ensure timely deliveries, delays may occasionally occur due to:

  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Courier disruptions
  • Remote delivery locations
  • Customs clearance for international orders

Dear Dining is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier partners or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Please ensure all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.

If an order is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Refusal to accept the package

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatching the order.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  1. Please record an unboxing video immediately upon opening.
  2. Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at your customer support email.

Claims without an unboxing video may not be eligible for review.
